You can choose to have either the leather operations and the cutting all done in-line or to organize in advance the scanning and nesting and to work then offline. All this provides great flexibility, saving of leather material and optimization of working time. As a result, productivity is increased and the leather material consumption reduced.

The user, in fact, has only to enter the main datas into an electronic data entry sheet, where the main body measures – chest, waist, hips etc. are taken. He has then to enter them into the CAD program for apparel. The CAD applies the above-mentioned measures to the chosen by the customer size and modify the structure, so that once sewed, it fits perfectly the person.
