Manual cutters, with a round blade, for clean and precise cutting of thick layers and tight corners. Today, these cutters are mainly used for long, straight cross cuts. Thanks to their cutting quality, they are particularly suitable for knitwear, upholstery and other materials subject to decay and foam.
The Novita Jet is a modified version of the Novita Standard with air propulsion. Wherever a power connection is not possible for safety reasons, for example in wet rooms, it facilitates work and increases performance – tirelessly and reliably like all NOVITA cutting machines from Kuris.
Since the Novita Jet is powered by compressed air, it eliminates any safety risk, such as overloading and burning out the electric motor. Even with continuous power supply and overload, the motor cannot heat up. The exhaust air is conveyed through a double-walled hose – internal supply air, external exhaust air – outside the cutting work area. This prevents drafts (air turbulence, cold effects, foam flying around) and annoying noises.
Felt oil reduces friction between the knife and the counter blade and enables cutting of laminated goods.
