SUMMA
Tracking TECHNOLOGY – Tracking is the ability to transport media through a machine in a repetitive manner. This capability ensures that each job is cut to specification along the entire draw length, even on very long jobs. The guaranteed back length allows you to run multiple jobs in a row (even beyond the guaranteed length) without having to reload the holder.
Tangential Head – The orientation of the tangentially controlled blade is electronically controlled and as such, the T Series can cut with pinpoint accuracy under high pressure. Perfectly executed cuts make peeling easy, saving you valuable time. Summa’s patented blade guide nose prevents small pieces of vinyl from detaching as you cut. Thanks to the force of up to 600 grams, critical materials are processed with incredible ease, speed and accuracy.
OPOS – Automatic Contour Alignment System OPOS is an acronym for Optical Positioning System. The OPOS X technology sensor recognizes references for a wide range of materials. A fully automated workflow with a barcode reading system allows you to cut multiple jobs consecutively! When using multiple sheets, the OPOS sensor starts looking for references as soon as a new sheet is loaded without assistance.
FlexCut – The FlexCut feature allows you to perform cutting tasks. Lengths cut completely alternately with others cut only half of the thickness.
In this way a dotted line is obtained which ensures the strength of the material when pulling in the Summa plotters and at the same time facilitates the separation of the label after the processing is completed.
